CNC Machining Parts:Six Process Performances of CNC Machining Parts

Among the precision CNC machined parts, it can be said that non-standard CNC machined parts account for a large part. Do you know the process performance of CNC machined parts?

Six process properties of CNC machining parts: casting + welding + top gas section + cold bending + stamping + corrosion resistance

Welding performance: refers to the characteristics of metal materials that are heated or pressurized to weld two or more metal materials together, and the interface can meet the purpose of use of CNC machining parts.

Casting performance: mainly refers to the casting performance of the alloy, mainly refers to the fluidity and shrinkage properties of the alloy. The ability of castings to shrink in volume during solidification; segregation refers to the heterogeneity of chemical composition. If the structure of the casting cannot meet the requirements of alloy casting performance, defects such as insufficient pouring, cold partition, shrinkage porosity, pores, cracks and deformation may occur.

Top gas section performance: refers to the performance that metal materials can bear upsetting without breaking

Cold bending performance: refers to the performance of metal materials that can withstand bending without breaking at room temperature. In CNC machining, the degree of bending is generally expressed by the ratio of bending angle α (external angle) or bending center diameter d to material thickness a. The larger a or the smaller d/a, the better the cold bendability of the material.

Forging performance: The ability of metal materials to withstand plastic deformation without breaking during forging CNC machining.

Corrosion resistance: refers to the ability of metal materials to resist corrosion by various media.
